In this rendition, the pendant and chain undergo a blackening process using liver of sulfur or acid, resulting in a captivating and mysterious dark aesthetic. Following the oxidization, both the pendant and chain are meticulously brushed with extra-fine stainless steel wool. This technique imparts a rugged appearance characterized by the interplay of dark surfaces, brushed texture, and burnished high points, creating a compelling contrast that enhances their visual allure.
