By purchasing my jewelry you agree that I am not responsible for any of the risks related to wearing my jewelry. This includes metal sensitivity issues. Most of my jewelry currently involves sterling silver. Select designs include stainless steel.

RETURN POLICY

I accept returns for all designs available on my site. You have 7 days from the delivery date to return. The design must have no visible signs of wear or use and will be shipped at the customer's expense.

EXCEPTIONS: I do not accept returns for custom design orders.

HOW TO INITIATE RETURN

1. Review policy above to ensure your order qualifies.

2. Message me through the "Contact" tab on my site stating:

Order Number - Design(s) you would like to return - Reason for return.

3. Once I review and approve this return, I will send you the return address and you may purchase a return shipping label at your own expense to ship back to me. Please be sure to message me the tracking number.

4. Once I have received the returned design(s) and have confirmed that it has no visible signs of wear or use, I will initiate the refund for the returned designs.

I offer free shipping for exchanges as long as the design(s) are shipped back in the original packaging.

What's my ring size?

NOTE: Paper sizers are difficult to get a good reading. Whatever reading you get, I'd recommend picking the size below your result to compensate for tension (i.e. if your result is size 10, order a size 9).

Option 3: Get your finger measured by a jewelry store!

Take care to measure your finger correctly! Using other people's rings as reference is reccomended.

The ring I ordered doesn't fit!

If your ring needs to be bigger, I can enlarge the size by half a size more only.

NOTE: This is only is possible for some designs.

I cannot shrink any of my designs. If your size is too big, you may return the design in order to purchase a larger size if it is available.

Can I return my ring?

I accept returns for designs available on my site. You have 7 days from the delivery date to return. Ring must be unblemished by use and will be shipped at the customer's expense.

I do not accept returns for custom design orders.

Can I cancel my order?

Non-custom orders may be cancelled anytime before they are shipped.

Custom orders cannot be canceled after 24hrs of purchase.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Silver will indefinitely tarnish over time. You may use the included microfiber cloth to polish the design in order to remove tarnish. If the tarnish has progressed there are many products online that you can purchase that will remove it. TARN-X is cheap and works great. If your ring is oxidized (blackened) this will remove the oxidation and return it to its natural silver luster.

Plated rings will lose their plating over time. Gold and rose gold plating are very thin. I reccomend only wearing them when you won't be performing hands on activites.

I recommend taking my rings off when washing hands or other activities involving liquids. My designs are complex and there are many cavities that gunk can get in. Water will stay trapped in some designs longer than others due to their intricacies.
